Awesome experience with purchasing my new trailer. I spoke with Billy and he ordered me a trailer that fit my needs even when I was set to buy one they had in stock. He found a better option that was actually less expensive. I had an issue after getting it home, which turned out to be completely user error on my part, but he answered the phone after hours just because he recognized my number and wanted to help. I have been renting trailers here for a few years for my commercial video production business and the time finally came that I needed to buy one instead of continuing to rent.

The rental process is super simple and convenient. The trailers were always clean and well-maintained. The Apple Creek location is very easy to get to and the service there is excellent.

The buying process was also equally as easy. I bought a 5 x 8 extra tall cargo trailer and worked with Billy at the Orrville location. After briefly, explaining what I would be using the trailer for, he laid out the best options and within about 20 minutes I was hooking up my new trailer. The trailer manufacture itself is very reputable and high-quality, which was important but the service is also important to me and that’s exactly what I got here. It seems like every other dealership that I called tried to either bait and switch or upsell and Billy did neither of those things.
